RETURNS & EXCHANGES
***ALL earrings, ALL beauty items/cosmetics, ALL intimates, ALL swimwear, and ALL sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.***
ALL returns must be scent free, unused, and in original packaging with all original tags attached otherwise they will be refused and refund/credit/exchange will not be issued. Please include the original packing slip and return authorization slip with your return.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED:
A Company issued return authorization number is required for ALL returns.
Please reach out to us at email@example.com with your reason for wanting to return your item(s). We will then e-mail you the return authorization form to include with your return shipment. The cost for the return shipping from a carrier of your choice will be your responsibility and at your expense. We highly recommend that you choose a service with tracking as we are not liable for lost packages.
Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued.
Please do not send items back without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be refused and sent back to you. You may request a return online by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will be charged for the postage for the new order to be sent to you.
The return policy time frames are in effect from the date that the order is received by the customer. Returns older than the allowed time frame days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
***Shipping charges are not refundable.***
We DO NOT refund shipping charges. Shipping rates are determined electronically by package weight and dimensions by the carrier partner you choose to select (Canada Post, Canpar, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
If you wish to exchange your item for another item, you must first return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your returned item, we will issue the store credit amount and you may then place a new order for the desired product. We do not charge a restocking fee.
